Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out responsive property maintenance and out-of-hours emergencies on a rota basis.

You will need to be experienced and confident with the ability to use your own initiative. Adequate written and verbal communication skills are required. You will also need to be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a flexible approach and a willingness to take on new tasks.

Job Duties:

  • To undertake and see through to completion any required maintenance work in the property as per job spec

  • To carry out duties in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, respecting the resident at all times.

  • To complete all necessary administration and recording in accordance with Company guidelines.

  • To liaise with contractors, representatives, and suppliers where required.

  • Follow health and safety standards, Covid19 government requirements and comply with building codes

  • Write report documenting the problem and summary of actions taken
