Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled maintenance person to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out responsive property maintenance tasks, out-of-hours emergencies on a rota basis, and building projects.

You will need to be experienced at decorating, fixing, tiling, basic electrics, basic plumbing, carpentry, changing locks, etc. The ability to use your own initiative is essential. Adequate written and verbal communication skills are required and you will need the ability to multi-task and have strong time-management skills. You will also need to be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a flexible approach and a willingness to take on new tasks.

Job Duties:

  • To undertake and see through to completion any required maintenance work in the properties as per job spec.

  • To carry out duties in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, respecting the residents at all times.

  • To complete all necessary administration and recording in accordance with Company guidelines.

  • To liaise with contractors, representatives, and suppliers where required.

  • Follow health and safety standards, Covid-19 requirements and comply with building codes.

  • Write reports documenting the problem and summary of actions taken
