Job Overview

Hours 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch - Pay depending on experience based in Streatham SW16.- Working from home is not available

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a super-organised admin assistant who’s quick-thinking and versatile, proactive, and can work as part of a team; the kind of person who can turn their hand to anything at a moment’s notice to ensure that employees have everything they need to do their jobs and that the company runs efficiently.- good with social media would also be an advantage

​

You’ll need to be proactive and ready to tackle any challenge that are thrown at you and respond with options or preferably a resolution. You will also need to be responsible for monitoring and maintaining service m8- control allocation and will monitor daily work volumes ensuring efficient use of resources to meet turnaround timescales. As well as this, whilst ensuring employees always have the workload to allow them to perform to an optimum level, you will also provide supporting information on operative performance levels.

 

You need to be able to :

Update socials where needed

Replying to checker trade quires and requests

Contesting parking tickets

Updating K.P.I'S

Booking new jobs out

Answering calls

Updating Over-due jobs

What you need to have:

  • Ability to investigate, evaluate and respond to situations quickly.

  • Make effective decisions based on objective assessment of situations.

  • Control multiple processes simultaneously to share good practice.

  • Good IT knowledge

  • An understanding of the construction industry, including trades, processes and safety.

  • Ability to load and maintain data for handheld hardware.

  • General knowledge of the repairs industry

  • Organizational skills are necessary to manage and organize own workload.

  • The ability to communicate effectively at levels commensurate with role, both verbally and in writing.

  • The ability to respond to changing priorities in order to meet deadlines.
